SPECIALTY PIZZAS
Our pizzas are made with a 24-48-hour cold rise method, baked in an MB60 Marsal and Sons double-decker brick oven (Hildegarde) and made using only 100% whole milk mozzarella. Sean Dempsey is a national award-winning Pizzaiola and a competing member of the United States Pizza Team. All cheese has whole milk mozzarella unless noted.
