Our Pizza of the Week or #POTW is new every week and gives us a chance to showcase our talented Chefs. We like to keep things a little different, a little unusual and test out new ideas that our Chefs are "tossing" around! We know that not every #POTW will be a hit with everyone but check back weekly to see what we're up to. Super popular entries sometimes end up on the permanent menu!

THE PASSION FOR PIZZA
We love pizza and when you really love pizza, you want to be the best! That was the mentality that sent Sean to train in San Francisco with some of the best in the world. He's South Dakota's only licensed pizzaiolo and a multiple Award-Winning member of the US Pizza Team. But that's not all! Through Sean's tutelage, two of the pizza chefs at Dempsey's in Watertown have also become Award-Winning members on the US Pizza Team as well!
